Shown here, are musical celebrities Sam Hogarth and Jeff Chapman, along with master sound technician Piper Mary. As Sam fiddles with switches on the complex mixing board, Piper explains to Jeff how a pair of hip sunglasses can do wonders for ones career. Recording is fun!!
We were blessed with good weather and decided to take full advantage of it by drinking in a boat. Both boats suffered "mechanical failures" near the middle of the lake, so we were forced to lash them together and float about for hours, periodically jumping in the lake to cool off or empty our bladders. Some of us, not so accustomed to the heat, got drunker, faster than others did. Lucky for us, when we tried to start the motor later on in the day, they started as if there was never any problem, and we cruised home without incident. In the end, fun was had by all.
Some jam shack photos of King Crow and the ladies from hell learnin' a new song. Gazes all fixed on Bobs fingers, trying to pick up the changes. Tried the song live for the first time at Relay For Life on Saturday evening, and it went of without a hitch. Big thanks to James and everyone else who helped out and made the Relay For Life happen. We had a great time, and we were happy to back on stage after a few months off. FUCK CANCER !!!!!!
Did you know that if you build a fire big enough, it evaporates the rain falling from the sky, and keeps those surrounding the fire dry (or on fire). Such was the case at Bob's place the other night, where the band and some friends were taking advantage of the unpredicable spring weather to fire cook a delicious feast and enjoy some ice cold beverages.
